How can I track my orders ?

After an order is placed you will receive the order id in your mail. After the Product is shipped You will immediately receive the tracking ID. It usually takes 4-5 working days for a product to get shipped. You can freely contact us if you haven't received the tracking ID after 4-5 working days.

Where will i get the gift card and how to should i avail it?

After placing the order for the gift card you will immediately the voucher and you can avail it through the apply coupon section in the cart.

I received defective item, how can i replace it?

Don't worry, we have got your back! We always provide extra raw materials or can apply for a returned item under my order section. We will get in touch with you and get the item repaired free of cost.

Why is there no refund option?

Jewelry does not have a refund option as people will then use it for a while and then return it. However, we have got your back. We always send extra raw materials or repair the product free of cost if the product received is defective.
